STUDENT
DELIVERABLES

Student will take a mid-term examination that will be a
combination of essay, multiple choice, and fill in spaces for a
mid-term exam. You are asked to work independently for this
take-home exam. It will be disseminated at the end of class and
the deadline for submission to the professor will be posted in the
live session that it will be disseminated. Place your pointer
and click on the words above entitled "MID-TERM
EXAM" when it is posted the day of the live session
that it will be disseminated.
- TERM PAPER
ASSIGNMENT
-
The Term Paper for this course will serve as dual purpose if the
student so chooses. Students may use the term paper as an
extension of another assignment for this class, i.e., Student
Presentation. You will not be allowed to use a term paper from
another class to meet this requirement. Student have the choice
to determine which topic to write on, with one caveat; the topic
must be on some aspect in the profession of
"Security." Specifications for the term paper are
posted on the link as you click the words above entitled "TERM
PAPER ASSIGNMENT" and should be followed
exactly. Requirements set-forth for presentations are addressed
below.
- FINAL EXAM
-
The final exam for NS 684 will be a culmination of all material
covered in the class in a combination multiple choice, fill in, and
small essay exam. This will be a take home exam and students are
encouraged to work independently. Refer to the course syllabus
to determine the percentage this exam will represent for a final
course grade. Click on the words above entitled "FINAL
EXAM" when it is posted the day of the live session
that it will be disseminated.
STUDENT
PRESENTATIONS
-
Student presentation topics, much like term paper topics, are
determined by the student with one caveat. The presentation must
be relevant to some aspect of the profession of
"Security." As mentioned above, students may elect to
present their term paper as a presentation. This is
allowed. The requirement and details for all presentations are
listed behind the link above entitled "STUDENT
PRESENTATIONS."
